Registration
The very first step in registering with HomeFile, is the phone consultation. We want to make sure we are a good fit before working together.
After your On boarding Phone Call, you will complete the New Agent Intake form so that we have all of your preferences. We will create a customized checklist just for you!
After you are registered, you can then submit transactions to us using our secure online portal. Simply go to the "Start a File" tab on our website and you will be able to upload the ratified contract and enter pertinent transaction details.
That's it! We will handle everything necessary to take your deal from ratified contract to closing.
